    Return & Refund service available within 7 days once delivery agency confirm you received the items. 

    For return & refund, please firstly contact our service team via creepyoutfitlab@gmail.com, we will send you contact details for our factory reception for your posting. Please note you will assume full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.

    Once we receive your return items, we will issue a refund as soon as your return has been reviewed and approved by our quality check team. Please note that items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained or altered may not be accepted.  Creepy Outfit Lab reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy.

     

  • SHIPPING INFO

    *Free shipping worldwide for Full Amount Preorders.

    Orders will be sent as soon as we have completed the manufacture process. You will be forwarded a tracking number for your reference as soon as the order is picked up by our delivery agency.

    All import duties will be charged to the recipient by delivery agency or the local customs office directly, once the parcel reaches its destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.Creepy Outfit Lab has no control over these charges. For more information on your country's specific import taxes please contact customs office in your country directly.

    For Preorder(50%) payments, shipping charges will be add to your bill when you proceed with your replenishments, shipping fees listed below:

    *Manufacturing process will be arranged once we recieved an order, your order will be ready in 2-4 weeks . Orders will be sent as soon as we have completed the manufacture process.

    *Free shipping worldwide for Preorder(100%) payment. For Preorder(50%) payment, we will send you a mail via your available mail address with a payment link for your replenishments once your orders are ready. A delivery charge will be add to your bill to secure the delivery process.

    *Due to made-for-order manufacture process,  For Preorder (50%) payment, the deposit (50%) will not be refundable. For more info about return & refund policy, please see below descriptions.
