RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return & Refund service available within 7 days once delivery agency confirm you received the items.
For return & refund, please firstly contact our service team via creepyoutfitlab@gmail.com, we will send you contact details for our factory reception for your posting. Please note you will assume full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.
Once we receive your return items, we will issue a refund as soon as your return has been reviewed and approved by our quality check team. Please note that items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained or altered may not be accepted.
